NGC 4030 -- Spiral Galaxy in Virgo
The reasonably bright Spiral Galaxy NGC 4030 was sandwiched between two 10th
magnitude stars.  This made it easy to locate since there were very few other stars in
the field-of-view.  The bright core stood out from the fainter disk. I was unable to make
out any details of the spiral arms within the galaxy's disk at any magnification – something
I thought might be possible.
