21 Sagittarii -- Double Star in Sagittarius
Orange & Blue Stars in Sagittarius
The double-star, 21 Sagittarii is my favorite multiple-star in the constellation of the Archer.
The orange primary and the bluish secondary make a pretty pair. They are close (1.8
arcseconds) so a stable night and high magnification is needed to separate them. I find
the pair a nice diversion, in the eyepiece, while exploring the rich Messier Open Clusters
and Nebula in the surrounding area.
