M 95 (NGC 3351) & M 96 (NGC 3368) Galaxies in Leo
M95 & M96 Through Suburban Sky Glow
The twin spiral galaxies, M95 and M96  are observable with my 6.1 inch refractor
from my yard even through the local neighborhood lights and the sky glow from the
Washington DC - Baltimore metropolis. Considering that these 31-million
light-year distant galaxies are bright enough for them to be seen at my house in
itself warrants an occasional look.
