Mars on October 3, 2020
Sinus Sabaeus and Sinus Meridiani were the most prominent dark features on the Mars
surface during the drawing.
Syrtis Major is at the far left edge of Mars while Mare Erythraeum and Mare Acidalium are
on the right edge of the drawing. The great Arabia Desert (light colored area) showed well
this morning.
The South Polar Cap (South up in the drawing) is small and bright, while the clouds making
up the North Polar Hood shows that it is actively snowing at the North Pole.
