NGC 4096 -- Barred Spiral Galaxy in Ursa Major
The Barred Spiral Galaxy’s thin-oval outline was easily spotted at 84x and appeared mottled
at 182x. I could not distinguish the core. You will have to enlarge the drawing to see the
mottling since it was subtle. I am a little surprised that NGC 4096 did not make the Herschel
400 list.
